This is very tuneful, Im liking the overall premise of this. This reminds of a Outkast kinda beat. I like the break down at @1:00. The change up throughout make this fresh. I'd say; maybe the drums could have a bit more personality.Maybe a cymbol crash , to signify the end of a section or something.
Overall, good stuff Jonesy! Keep at it!

cause this is sick! Both beat and flow great. Great ideas in your author comments; I follow a similar philosphy myself. Ill be keeping an ear open for your future experiements, Im diggin ya craft!

The only critique I have is that maybe the vocs could use a bit more emphasis. At some times the words were a muffled by the beat. But for the most part it was clear.

This reminds me of...

Flat beat by Mr. Oizo. I like the alterations you have through this. I was think it'd be cool if you added a real bass heavy sequence with a subtle variation of the medley twitchin in the background (or something like that). Im also not much on the finger snaps; they sound too artificial.
