Development
The like the "shifty" snare scratch(?) sound, reminds of an old Eminem track. I'd say a few more layers and this would be slick, maybe a horn, guitar, and piano trio on the melody. I like the samples at the begining, the gritty guiter riff is sick. Maybe it'd sound aight if you threw some chopped voc samples in for a hook piece. Good stuff man, just keep at it and keep developing your style.
That shifty snare might be the sample of the coin flip. I'm pretty proud that it fits so well with the drums. But I hear you, this definetly is not finished, I'm collabing on the bass with my old producer, so expect a fuller, sexier version of this song in the future. I like the variety of different sounds in this, nice layering. The keys are chilling, and the windchimey thing adds some holiday cheer to it. Im not quite feeling the cohesion of the beat and the instruments though, something sounds off...
