Both were good but after many listens I found myself retaining more of Jakobe's lines. Teq had some clever stuff with great flow but I didn't really find any of them to be woweee. This was really close battle but I'm gonna give Jakobe the edge with the grittier delivery and multitude of disses. Awesome battle gents.

This is quite melodic, and the song progresses and flows quite well. Each alteration in the composition feels natural. To me this sounds more 8-bit than Ambient. I enjoyed the scale motif and the pick up into the chorus part was good. Well done with this, keep at it.

Thinks for the review!!

I didn't even know it was on here until just recently but yeah i pieced it together after learning more about scales. Yeah it does sound more 8 Bit than ambient so i will try to place it there!

EyeCue1:
Had some decent direct shots to pin point the target, but some of the reference in the later half weren't set up effectively imo.
Fats1:
Flipped and took shots pretty good. Lyricism was showcased here, but his flow didn't quite deliver the content as well as he could've. I thought these could've been executed for effectively.
EyeCue2:
Bounced right back in it with some solid flows. I wasn't a fan of some of the rebuttals; the emphasis on epic fail/Peter Griffon; spelling/unique; snapback. Throughout both verses, the energy and punch were consistent and primed.
Fats2:
The delivery really picked up in this verse. The diversity of flow was entertaining but the first double time bars were a bit sloppy. This verse had an easy but sophisticated lyrical feel; sounded more natural than the first.

EyeCue brought some direct "easy" tactics while Fats complicated it up with fancy lyrics. Each had some concrete hits but I thought that Fats had better creativity with the defensive angles. Great battle all in all, both battlers had awesome performances but Fats edged it with intricate lyrics and flippage.

Whoa... the flow and beat are very in sync and natural. Like a steady stream of wisdom. For the most part the delivery was effective but some wording/phrases sounded odd or off, eg." one doin blow" , either it wasn't enphasized enough or my ear wtf'd. Since you don't care what I think of it, I'm not gonna bother saying this is a dope 32 track with some solid lyrics. Good day, sir!

Teqneek had a lot more personal and relevant material then Im used to hearing from him, much improvement hear. I really appreciated the references to the history between these two. I think his first verse was the better one.
Carefoot had some funny material. I think he's gotten a lot better since the last time I heard him rap, but there's still some work that needs to be done with his delivery and mixing. Flow was kinda non-existent, the first verse started off good but after that it felt like he was trying to rush too many words into his bars, which made his lines difficult to get.

Overall, each combatant improved their game but in the end Teqneek's skill trumped Carefoot's humour. Teq ftw.

Pigpen: Humorous material and clever lyrics (blame it on your ping). His 2nd verse was much more in touch and had a more battle approach. His flow bores me a bit, thus resulting in me not paying attention to his content (particularly in the first verse); delivery needs some attention. Overall I like his verses and thought his direction was effective; started lazy but ended confident.
Vinstigator: He had some good bars ("resurrected more than Ganon" and referencing SSB) ,his battle material has improved and is diversifying , that being said there were some iffy bars in their. Needs to work on his rebuttals, some were kinda bad. He's got a very punctual flow and the delivery was on point. The "beat-drop" bit was good. Overall his verses were easy to follow and I liked a lot of his content.

I'm gonna have to give it to Vin. It sounded like he wanted to battle, while Pigpen sounded like he was expecting to coast through. Pig had the more clever lyrics, but he lacked the energy to make em stick. good battle.

Eerie and ominous start. The drum lead in was extra dope. The piano adds to the atmosphere. The strings are just spot on too. I'm not favouring the distortion noise, a bit too much imo. But overall, super dope beat here, it really sounds solid as a whole, each part fits together so nicely. Nice work SnowCane!

Mao doesn't like Vinyl Dust? Sucks bro, I LOVE to use it.

Thanks for the awesome review though. Detailed ones are my favorite!

Its what I do for fun.
